BNBsoukCancellation options
Every listing has one of four cancellation policies, shown on the listing page and at checkout before you book. Refunds are calculated automatically based on how far in advance you cancel relative to check-in, and returned to your original payment method.
Flexible
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in. Cancelling within 24 hours of check-in refunds 50% of the total.
Moderate
Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. Cancelling 1–5 days before check-in refunds 50%. No refund if you cancel within 24 hours of check-in.
Strict
50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Non-refundable
These bookings are not eligible for a refund at any point after payment, in exchange for a lower nightly rate.
You can cancel a booking at any time from its detail page under My Bookings. Any refund amount owed will be shown before you confirm the cancellation.
